What is included in a membership?

Gold Membership includes access to an incredible catalog of videos However it does not include Pet Portraits & Portraits, plus advanced Wildlife Tutorials.

Platinum Membership gives Access to ALL tutorials & Live events.

How do I update my billing information?

Click on ACCOUNT in the header, you can update your billing information from here, by selecting billing.

How do I change or reset my password?

Click on ACCOUNT in the header, you can change your password from here by selecting security.

How do I cancel my reoccurring subscription?

If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your membership at any time. Click ACCOUNT in the header to go to your account. Follow the prompts to cancel on the Billing page, and your membership will not renew. Please note that there are NO refunds for partially unused membership periods.
